It Started With a Man Who Knew the Industry Inside Out.
Powerfast (Yorkshire) Limited opened its doors in July 1994, founded by Keith Ransome after years spent at Senco before becoming co-owner of Pneu-Fast alongside Malcolm Hoggard. By the time Keith established Powerfast, he wasn't learning the trade, he'd already spent years working alongside the professionals who relied on these tools every day.
From the beginning, the business was built on expert knowledge, honest advice and dependable service. It was never about simply selling products; it was about helping customers choose the right tools, solve problems quickly and keep their businesses moving.
Today, those same values continue under Ryan's ownership. Building on the strong foundations Keith created, Ryan has continued to grow Powerfast while investing in the future of the business, expanding its offering and ensuring customers still receive the knowledgeable, no-nonsense service that has defined the company for more than 30 years.
